    I enjoyed reading your newsletter, giving me thoughts to ponder and to realize that we are in this together at this age. I tried to post it to Facebook, but it did not post after clicking on the F for Facebook. Instructions? would like to share with friends.

    You can let people find your words either way by adding a link at the top here that lets them get your blog in their email. The drawback is unlike a regular newsletter, you don't know how many get it but it is also no work for the writer.
